The Bola Tinubu Support Group has called Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello failure and disgrace to the youths

The group was reacting to an interview granted by the Kogi governor in which he asked the All Progressives Congress, APC, national leader, Bola Tinubu, to drop his presidential ambition.

While claiming that Tinubu’s agreement with Buhari is not legally binding, Yahaya Bello urged Tinubu to allow his “children” to govern.

In response, the Tinubu group urged Bello to seek forgiveness from God and the Kogi people for his failure as governor.

Tinubu Group: Yahaya Bello Is A Disgrace

This was contained in a statement signed by the TSG’s Director-General, Umar Ibrahim, in Abuja on Sunday, titled “Your failure in governance has betrayed the Not-too-young-to-Run Campaign-TSG replies Yahaya Bello.”

Yahaya Bello’s poor performance, according to the group, was a disgrace and a betrayal of the Not-too-Young-to-Run campaign.

“All Nigerians can attest to the fact that Kogi State Governor Bello is disgrace to the Not-too-Young-to-Run campaign,” the group said.

“How do we entrust a great nation like Nigeria to a so-called young governor who was given the opportunity to lead his state and blew it?

“It is on record that you, Governor Bello, continue to be the governor with the most months of unpaid salaries and nonperformance despite massive amounts of both internal and federally generated revenue.
